Ep. 130 Need a Lucky Charm for a Good Day?

What’s the difference between a reminder of God and a “lucky charm” we’re quietly trusting to make life go our way?

In this episode, we’re looking at the Ark of the Covenant, an idol that just can’t stay standing 😂, and the sneaky little transactions we sometimes make with God: I prayed. I obeyed. So why isn’t this working?

We’ll discover how physical reminders—from an Ebenezer stone to a cross necklace to a tiny spoon—can help us remember and return to the One who actually holds the power.

A prayer for today:
Jesus, help me trust You, not the things that remind me of You. When I try to make You part of my strategy, help me return. Use the little things around me to turn my attention back to You. You are my help, my rescue, and my life. Amen.

P.S. A fresh batch of Love Moves Awareness Spoons just arrived, and they are ridiculously cute. 😍 If you'd like one—or a full set—send me a little note and I'll let you know what's available. No lucky charms here 😉—just a simple (and super cute) little reminder to turn your attention back to God as you begin your day.
